Thursday, 7th April, 5pm: WasteArchive Magazine Launch
Tardigrade World’s new magazine the WasteArchive is a spotlight on creative solutions to the waste problem in Auckland. We’re celebrating the launch of WasteArchive’s first issue at Manzana with drinks from zero-waste heroes Everyday Wine.
Come and enjoy a chilled wine, served in our impressive range of mugs from Mugly (a mug-circulating project from Mongoose Chen, the founder of Tardigrade World).

Wednesday, 20th April, 2pm: Tan teaches Digital Storytelling
Who can deny that social media is vital to how businesses are run these days… Social media strategist Tanydd Jaquet is hosting a workshop on how to make meaningful communication with social media at Manzana.
With her company Tiny Knight Media, Tan has a welcoming and transparent approach to digital storytelling. This workshop will be hugely insightful, with helpful advice for all the common social media channels (you know them).

Friday, 22nd April, 3pm: Workplace Wellbeing
Behavioural scientist Renee Jaine shares tips for designing effective wellbeing interventions, as well as ways to test how they work. Her business Thrive Lab is run from Manzana on Fridays while she juggles family life and a job consulting for PriceWaterhouseCoopers. In this workshop you can expect to learn about finding purpose and fulfilment at work and how to design workplaces that promote wellbeing.

Tuesday, 26th April, 5.30pm: Post-work Yoga
Focus on becoming strong and stable with one of Aotearoa's most experienced yoga teachers. Sarah Ferguson is knowledgeable about teaching real bodies in the real world, and you'll discover these insights as you move and breathe in this practice. She is known for her clear instruction, good music, and intelligent sequencing.
At Manzana, Ferguson will lead a "post-work de-stress” designed with a range of levels in mind.
